While the development trend in automotive electronics is moving strongly towards the centralisation of functions, there are still some areas where OEMs are working with decentralised ECUs. But even here, a higher degree of integration at the semiconductor level can reduce the number of scattered ECUs and thus reduce the overall complexity. STMicroelectronics is currently leading the way in this direction with the introduction of a chip that brings together the control of power windows, mirrors and certain lighting functions. The rich feature set of the L99DZ200G door-zone system IC brings benefits – such as lower quiescent current consumption of the overall system, greater reliability, less time required for assembly, reduced material costs and shorter development time.

L99DZ200G包含两个H桥栅极驱动器,用于外部MOSFET的栅极驱动器,用于驱动镜像加热器,控制部分和用于电致变色镜调光的高侧驱动器,以及五个高侧LED驱动器。这些高侧驱动器中的三个可以以恒定电流模式操作,以驱动具有高输入电容的照明模块。另一方面,两个剩余的高侧驾驶员适用于驾驶常规LED。

AEC-Q100合格的L99DZ200G采用10毫米x 10 mm LQFP64封装。生产已经开始。
