Foxconn购买Leuven无线组创建全球RF供应商

合同制造商Foxconn的所有者Hon Hai Technology已收购Arqana的无线电信业务，包括比利时Leuven的RF设计中心。

HAI HON将与ACHERNARTEK合并ARQANA以创建全球RF半导体元件供应商。这将支持富士康和第三方客户在无线电信市场，包括汽车和5G基础设施的应用。

这笔交易将看到Arqana台湾，Arqana Belgium和Achernartek继续开发他们的高性能5G Sub-6 GHz和MMWAVE产品，并在一个名为ICANA的新品牌下扩展到Consock Cars和电动车（EVS）。
