Nijmegen is at the heart of Europe’s RF power technology and Gallium Semi plans to expand its team with world class talent from the area. The company develops gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon RF devices for 5G mobile communications, aerospace and defence and industrial, scientific and medical applications.
